    I often stay logged in too but am not always around. If I had my way I would be hanging around TDK much – it’s my happy place!
    Jcat, I am sorry for your loss.

    I still feel bad for Crystal. Of course I feel bad for CBM who got the brunt of her frustration. I believe it was mostly bad timing with users getting used to the site when a new user would not know.

    Yeah Joan, I find myself just logging on to see what’s new LOL. Jcat, I don’t actually know you but you have my condolences. Re Crystal, it is a sad situation, but as I posted before (saying it was my 2nd and last comment on the subject), there was absolutely no call for her to lash out at CBM and basically resort to name calling. I would assume that many of us at times have been “at wit’s end”, and for sure I’ve all too often said the wrong thing and been hurtful but on a public forum one should take a step back, read before posting, whatever. That said nonetheless I find myself feeling sad for those newborn kitties *sighs*. Getting up tomorrow ‘way early, need to catch some zzz’s. Nite all!

    I think it’s cute when it says that “x” and “y” are now friends. We were already friends! one of the perks of being on the fluffiest site on the internet.
    Well, my battery is running low, both on my kindle and me, and Leela needs her lysine and treats, so I’d better get ready to close out my evening.

    Evening all!…. made it home from the ‘big Apple’, and had a BLAST having lunch with Kilroy! She is SO great, and fun/smart/funny/savvy, and she got to meet Luna and Venus (son’s cats)….. both my kids were impressed by her, and they now know I have ‘global’ friends ! … I gave her a BIG hug from all of us, and we will defintely meet up again, Son is there for 3 years, and I can’t wait to meet Georgie and Mr.K!

    tired from the trip, but glad to see Mr. AV, my Abby and Miss Cuddles …. going to bed soon

    sorry I had to copy/paste this here cause I posted it previously on an old thread that won’t be seen, IMHO, this new site is difficult to follow threads, and I can’t seem to follow where our ‘usual’ chats are going….. it’s much too ‘facebook-like’! ….. please, KM2 …. HELP! …. the ‘friends request’ are not relavent, as we are all already friends! … doesn’t make sense! … please don’t throw ‘shoes’, ….. just saying for the better of the good 🙂 … love you all!

    Ooooh that apple pie sounds good! I did something foolish the other day. I needed to do something this week that I haven’t done in a loooong time. I decided to make some homemade bread. The rolling,the kneading,the pounding down. The whole shibang. I have to wait a couple more days tho. Have to get my truck(sounds weird not saying Chuck’s truck) resmog-tested since I transferred the title. It’s DMV’s way of making more $$ off us all. Now all I have to do is find a safe place to keep the dough while it’s rising. If Spunky spots it moving,he’ll be on it like white on rice. My attack kitty goes after everything that moves. 🙂

    If that last post doesn’t fit in w/the rest of the chats,I apologize. I’m w/AV. It’s really hard keeping track of the threads. It seems as tho you end up in a different thread than you started w/when your thru & send your comments. I’m not sure if I can keep up w/it all. 🙁

    Feral, I used to make bread by hand often, I found the kneading to be very therapeutic.
    Cover the bowl you have the bread rising in with cling film and wrap a towel around it, that should keep Spunky out of it. Try doing a KK, she raises her bread in the car and has even been known to take it for a drive.
    Fingers crossed that your truck flies through it’s smog check.

    Hahahaha. Using the truck isn’t such a bad idea. When you have lots of kitties you have to child-proof everything,even bread dough. The truck should pass w/flying colors. It’s in much better shape than any car I’ve ever owned. I love driving it.
