Hey every one! Been busy today and am just now having a chance to check in. So excited for 2P. Wedding planning is awesome. SM, prayers for your daughter. I too have a hard time with anesthesia. Hopefully she will be feeling better soon. Hydration helps get it all flushed out of the system.
It’ws a beautiful day here in the heartland. The National Quilt Show is going on so my town has thousands and thousands of extra visitors. The local High School did a boxed lunch fundraiser and a co-worker of mine treated the office to lunches from the school. so nice! Several of us brought beach towels and sat outside and picnic-ed. Given that cold front is going to come through later, I didn’t want to come back inside!
While we were outside enjoing the weather we became the unofficial information center for many of the quilters and a co-worker even gave two of them a ride. My work shares a similar name with one of the parks but they are a good 30 blocks apart. Two ladies walked here looking for the quilt-in-a-day tent which was at the park. He was going right by the park anyway and told them to hop on in!
