    It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood! I don’t know what I’m going to get into, but my delayed trip to the garden center may finally come to pass.

    I did get my tomatoes, cucumbers and pepper plants in the garden yesterday. I watered the holes I put them in and hopefully the hot sun won’t make them wilt.

    Good morning – no redheads here but hubby’s chestnut brown (with white) hair gets red highlights in the summer. Never had a red cat but got to know a ginger stray/feral a few years back, remember Tommy? He even let me pet him just a little once or twice while he was scarfing down the food I gave him. Wish I knew him when he was younger, seemed like a gentle soul in a crappy situation.

    Ugh, I feel bad, misread a text and thought bestie was coming here yesterday but I was supposed to go there. As the afternoon went on I figured she got involved in something till I re-read the text.

    Planned on cruising in the Cuda this weekend but it won’t start. Hubby surprised me yesterday by coming home with our other muscle car, it’s a ‘69 Chevelle, “glacier blue” with a black top. Going out later for brunch then maybe a cruise around Greenwood Lake. Hopefully the roads are open after Thursday’s storm; they are now saying it was a straight line wind shear. Just read that scammers are up there posing as insurance adjusters. Jersey folk won’t fall for those jerks though!

    Never had an Orangie as pet but did feed feral orange duo at start of my cat lady career! They would hang around together! Were part of n’hood for several years!
    My Crockey as Flamepoint Meezer had beautiful markings as light muted red fur on ears & tail! He was a beautiful gentleman fur ball – sweet too!
    It’s cool and overcast today, Hope warms up by tomorrow’s Holiday activities!
    Have catch up KP to do around here! Still need another Cuppa Joe to continue with plans! Have a pawsome day! Thanks for sweet kiddo pic Pg!
