It was sooo sudden, and he wasn’t sick! Will be checking the cat food and other things around the house; need Grommet to be safe now. Mac needs Emma to help guide him over the bridge, please..

Jean, my heart goes out to you as well. Too much in one day. Mac knew that you held him til the end. That alone, was a comfort to him and a heartbreak to you. You did him a good service, to be surrounded in the arms of the one who loved him the most. I am so sorry for your loss and wish I could take away your pain. You have my prayers and hugs. I know Emma will be here as soon as she can. Take care, dear lady.

{{{Mackenzie}}} so sorry to hear that Mac crossed into the Meadow so unexpectedly, the Wolf will guide and comfort him. Molly will be there with him to ease the transition in the Meadow life while waiting for you and Grommet. Hugs for both you and Grommet in this time.

Dear KM, Hugs to you and Grommie…. such an unexpected passing is a terrible shock… you are in my thoughts – and the NOLA gang are sending comforting purrs to you and Grommie, and to MC and her Mom… Have lit a candle in honor of both kits. I know my Butterscotch will love having a new couple of playpals for games in the Meadow!

Amy and KM I am so sorry about the loss of your babies. When I saw this last night I burst into tears and just couldn’t reply but both of you and your kits were immediately in my thoughts and prayers (and your mom, too, Amy). It doesn’t matter if we had them for a 24 hours or 24 years, they leave those paw-prints on our hearts and souls. May all find strength and comfort in the love you gave them and they gave you back.
