National Coffee Break Day is all about remembering to enjoy life, avoid being a workaholic and just take a little coffee break each day.

Bummer about the road gunk on your Jag, JJ. Glad you found your happy spot though.

Yesterday was a balmy day and I woke up to snow. Naturally, it was slow at work.

I may try to take a coffee break all day today! It’s too cold outside to stay out for long, then it starts a gradual warm up next week.

It’s been a busy week. I took Thumby to the vet for her Solensia injection and she is doing well with that. My new laptop wouldn’t power on, so I had to call a computer guy and he did a soft reset (which I wasn’t equipped to do) and she is back up and running again. This laptop is only 6 months old, so this shouldn’t have happened IMHO. ANNNND, I got my new furniture on Thursday! This couch is the most wonderful piece of furniture I think I’ve ever owned. I call it my nesting couch. It’s so soft, long and wide and I ordered an ottoman that I can use like a chaise. The cats love it too. My new rug is thick and comfy on my feet and so much warmer than my other one. I think it will be great for watching football this weekend!

Good Morning,

aah, coffee break! A snuggly couch and comfy rug? All that’s missing is coffee and cats. What do the furries think of new furniture? It’s wonderful that Thumbalina is doing good. It makes you happy!

It’s a crisp 18f/-7c.

Good morning, Happy Caturday!

As they say here in Jersey (the part that’s close to NYC): CAWFEE!!

That new furniture and rug sounds absolutely fabulous, enjoy!

It’s too cold to do anything outside. Bundling up to get the mail later will probably be all for me. The cats will go outside, except for Berta, who has discovered her inner housecat. The others don’t want to be out for long though!

Concats on new sofa and rug KZ – pawsome!

Srsly cold 2day and 2morrow – so nice to snuggle in bed – which is back where I’m headed for purrhaps an hr or 2.
