    Waves @ Jan, sorry to hear that you will be limping and hurting for the next year 🙁

    I have been here kinda lurking, can’t seem to get rid of the headaches lately which makes it hard to concentrate, sigh. But on the other hand, taking a combo of Melatonin (10 mg), CQ10, and Vit A seems to have been helping with being able to sleep more than 1.5-2 hrs at a time….not a restful or refreshing sleep but sleep nonetheless.

    Sorry about the headaches being a pain in the – well head Deb. That is good that you are getting a bit more sleep with that regime of meds. I hope it continues to deliver better sleep the longer you take it.
    I’ve been told I don’t need to go back to Orthopaedics until I really can’t take it any longer but I know they aren’t able to do anything for me for at least the next 5 years. I’ll get there with physio and kitty cuddles.
    HRH is curled up tight asleep after a hard day sleeping.

    @ 02:39 MST, Ouch, 5 years? Well hope that the physio works, I know that the cuddles will help. As for my headaches, there isn’t really anywhere else for them to go but up….it is actually getting chilly outside.

    It’s a bit nippy here tonight too. Our sunny days are about to change into wet days.
    Have you been reading about the terrible bush fires they have in Sydney, they could get worse in the next day or so if 3 fire fronts join up. I sure hope something stops that happening.

    Yes I have read about the fires in Sydney, wow that has to be scary as heck for them…nothing to stop the fires from spreading….hope that they have downpours or something intervenes to keep them from spreading. I don’t usually get chilly but walked outside to my car and just started shivering for some reason.

    It’s getting colder here too tonight, we’re almost down to single figures.
    I’m going to head off now, eyes don’t want to stay open for some reason.
