Good afternoon all, wow did it rain lastnight. Heavy downpours off and on overnight with strong wind. Woke to a soggy world, but at least the rain had stopped for a while. Now it is pouring again. Of course HRH is happily outside playing dodgems with the raindrops.

I had cause to laugh at something you sent HRH this morning. I was determined she wasn’t going to spend the day in bed so called out to her to get up. When I checked the bed for her she wasn’t there so while I was brushing my teeth I chesked the stairs and found her in the morning dark sitting there. That was when I stood on something that squished ! 🙁 On turning the light on I found it was one of the green felt mice you sent her once. Further down the stair there were 3 more mice lying in ambush. HRH had been playing with them during the night.
ECB, sometimes we need to grieve lost friendships, especially when the reason didn’t make sense. LOL at her being a dog person.

Oh JJ, the cats just wanted to see what gives you so much pleasure when you disappear each day but it is best they don’t follow. Poor robin. You are correct about TDK being a happy place.
KJ, our rainy day is warm, 18C and humidity in the 90’s but it is wet. I am sitting here in a T-shirt in Winter ! !
