    JK – guilty (and feeling foolish) on all counts! Well I just finished a major translation project and sent it off to client. Here’s how I feel now that it’s finally done:

    Ooh – I read A Street Cat Named Bob. It was a really good book. Bob sounds like an amazing cat.

    I actually saw James and Bob busking in the street near the Covent Garden tube station. I had met several TDKer’s for lunch at Porter’s, and was just leaving. Of course I’d seen plenty of buskers and street people with dogs – but was amazed that a cat would hang out like that: (aarrgghh – trying to figure out how to post a link to an album!)

    JK, looks like Jane Austen, or her heroine Elizabeth Bennet had a kitty! Hmm … which would I prefer for my companion, Mr. Darcy … or a wonderful kitty? Now must get back to playing poker with the café kitties, I believe it’s my turn to deal, although I sense that they’re playing with marked cards ;-).

    Hi folks. Sorry I haven’t been around much, can’t post from my phone right now because it won’t let me type capital letters & I am NOT ee cummings 🙂 Not happening any other site, just here. I’m busy taking care of Mr. K post hernia surgery, anyway. Yesterday was not a lot of fun, poor sweetie 🙁 He’s a little better today, but I have to keep after him not to overdo things *sigh*.

    Good luck with Mr. K, Kilroy. Overdoing it after hernia surgery doesn’t sound like a good idea. The capital letter glitch sounds like a strange one.

    Have been following an accident on the interstate here in AZ, people driving thru dust storms too fast 🙁 Had an doc’s appt today and an eye doc one tomorrow, joy, joy.

    Yeah Deb – appointments 🙁 – tomorrow is Part (I lost count after Part 5) of my seemingly endless root canal. Only good side is that I am finally close to being fitted for my crown. Always sensed that there was a bit of the princess in my ‘tude LOL.

    Wow, just looked at the vid of the St Jude storm hitting Europe – those winds sure sound like what I would call a hurricane/tornado, but they seem to “just” be calling it a storm…

    Hey Deb, I had an eye Dr. appt last week. They have a new gadget that gets digital pics of the back of your eye without having to dialate the pupils.
    That house is neat, as in too neat. I would like to see what it looks like lived in, or at Christmastime!
    Kilroy, if you’re still around, I hope Mr. K feels better soon.
    Thinking about last year this time and watching tv coverage; it was nice to turn on a light and have it turn on! I remember it was quite a number of days before I got to see the radar of what that storm looked like when it hit. Still seems sureal, how it took that crazy left turn and hit during high tide during a full moon.
