Yup, sunny but cool as a perfect day to celebrate Earth Day!

Wow, need a very large cuppa java to start/continue w/days’s fun. Catch up today for was off yesterday!

I had a funny, humbling experience when I took the Dyson in to the repair center they sent me to. Even though I suspected it was damaged in our car accident (it was in the trailer we were pulling…trailer rolled over) I wasn’t really going to mention that little detail unless asked (since I doubted the warranty would cover auto accident damage to the vacuum).

So I went into this neat little 60’s style repair shop, with a man who was obviously a master of his trade at the counter. He took one look at where the machine snapped and said, “Ma’am, how did this happen?” I hesitated slightly and he said a little louder, “Ma’am, how did this happen?”. I said, “Um, maybe in our car accident?” Then I told him what happened. He said it may not be covered but he would talk to dyson for me. But I need to be prepared to talk to the auto insurance company about it, since it happened in the accident. He said in 25 years he’s never seen one broken in that spot.

I keep laughing about how busted I was. There was no way I could play dumb. He took one look at that thing and KNEW that I had to know what happened…LOL.

Morning all! ….. it’s a beautiful day here too! getting really warm and heading to summer …. already in the low to mid 80s all week! …. oh EC, I hope the Dyson gets fixed! those aren’t cheap machines! …. I didn’t think about it, but if Dyson won’t cover it, maybe your auto insurance claim would – that’s a good idea!….. My Samsung super-microwave quit, and the replacement part alone, is over $150! …. and then Mr. AV would have to morph into an appliance repair man (which may not be possible) …. so we had to bite the bullet and just get a new one! ….. the guy at Best Buy had some, but said that the only nicer microwaves that gave customers’ problems were Samsung …… you can’t beat their TVs, Computers, but for some reason their microwaves and refrigerators had issues …… so we went with an LG. I need one with a strong sucking vent, so their’s was the most powerful, and he said he’s never had any complaints about that brand.

Slaps forhead! Jean I didn’t realize just how alike Miss Leela and my Miss Hyde look a like!! No wonder KJ’s Dorry has a soft spot for them both!

Buttons and Nutini are getting used to their new kitty condo.. It’s a lot bigger than expected but Buttons seems to be handeling the dismounting successfully ..

Yes Jean it’s very sturdy! Nutini is in love with it .. Buttons is still adjusting 🙂
