    *looks up the wormhole to 2P’s place* It’s cold and windy here, but I am sure in a month or two or three I’ll be wishing for these temps!

    JK, it seems some words go out into ‘left field’ so to speak. Right now, snow boot is where it should be from where I’m standing, but it’s in pink, which I think we decided is a shopping link. Wouldn’t it be cool if all those links were like the “TDK Store”, and the site gets some $ help?

    Oh, thanks Joan. Also kudos for you as a TDK Spam Zapper for behind scenes sleuth! Hey, another question for KM or ? I posted pic on TDKForum FB. It didn’t stay as posted on TDK site although was on my home link for “friends” to see. Is TDKF FB only as Main page kit pics?
    So think on that for awhile as I head back to part 2 day 2. C’mon Tux, back at it. Later kits! Oh, where’s my coffee cup?

    Baking Soda As A Natural Burn Remedy

    Don’t have aloe vera or another burn remedy on hand? Try baking soda, one of the best natural remedies for burns you will find.

    Directions:
    1. Make a paste with baking soda and water. Be sure the past is wet but thick enough to stay on where you are applying it.
    2. Apply the baking soda paste all over the burn.
    3. To keep the baking soda moist, put a plastic bag or wrap over the baking soda area.
    4. Place a sock over the plastic bag if the burn is on a hand or foot, otherwise find a body-safe tape (cloth or paper medical tape) to affix the plastic bag over the baking soda mixture.
    5. You should notice the pain almost completely disappearing from the burn within just a few minutes. Baking soda truly works wonders for burns!

    2PK (is that correct acronym?) – I truly hope that the shoe that I *threw* did not cause any injury. It was a relatively flimsy summer sandal, which I will not be needing for like another 8 months LOL.

    Wow, those construction kitties have been hard at work – I see some of them are the sturdy Maine Coons. They sure look handsome with their hardhats and toolbelts and steel-pawed boots.
    I hear there is going to be a ‘nip party’ when the renovation is complete!

    So I went to check up on the construction kits, and at exactly 5 pm EST they “quit for now”, leaving as per most reno jobs a huge mess with drop cloths and empty paint cans and tools everywhere *sigh*. Must have a word with their union kit. JK and Joan, seems that the MIA kitty went out to score some ‘nip for the party to celebrate the reno that’s not finished as yet LOL.

    Even more freezing cold outside and windy and dark. Just got back from *hopefully* 2nd to last part of root canal. This time he was giving new tooth a *fitting* so could not freeze. Just a bit *unfluffy*.

    2Pop (think now I got it right LOL), have to find more summer shoes to *not throw at you* – and I have lots of shoes (no competition for “Imelda Marcos”) but lots. 92 degrees, and no humidity I presume? I could live with that.:-)

    Brr, stay warm KJ. We are to have a slight warming trend. Maybe 40’s by Fri, woo hoo!
    So, it’s getting to be that time as just got purry internet warning!

    Soon to exit stage left as outta here. On to the gym as day 2 for the week, yay. Tomorrow as mid-week eve off from work out fun! Back on the flip, now a smooch for Tux…later kits!step away from 'net

    Evening all!….. love the ‘intervention’ pic…. Abby and Cuddles try that same thing on me!

    ….. just so everyone knows – KM2 made a ‘TDK’ facebook page …. open to all who want to see the adorable pics posted and can make comments – it is seen by everyone and enjoyed by all.

    …. TDKF, is the facebook ‘closed group’ that I created (golly it’s over 2 years now), and CM (Jen Barker) helps me admin it…… it’s a closed group, that no-one except the members see the posts or comments….. same with the TDK by nature and lighter side

    …. that is the difference between a ‘page’ and a ‘closed group’ on facebook …. which reminds me, KM! please join our TDKF group …. all you have to do is send a request to join (please identify yourself) so I know it’s you ……we’d all love to have you a part of TDKF!

    Hi all, just reading back over the Cafe thread to see what you all have been doing while I was sleeping. Brrrrrrrr snow! All the talk about snow, winter coats and boots and I’m sitting here with the fan going to keep me cool. 🙂
    I’m doing as told and stepping away from the internet – but only to get myself some lunch and maybe a treat for Shadz if she wanders inside.
