That last cat obviously needs to get fitter!
Loved the bicycle race. I was out on my bicycle on a very sunny and almost warm day; I had to meet some work colleagues, then run a few errands. The “creative hub” just south of where I live, in former garment factories, has lots of bicycle parking but I was almost late looking for an empty place.
I love that t-shirt but alas I’m too “generously endowed” to have anything that attracts undue attention to that part of my anatomy. Would not have been my preference.
I will be buying a couple of pretty t-shirts at Simons, a chain that has garments I like, but they are plain v-necks in organic cotton. I’ve also found some skirts at MEC (Mountain Equipment Coop, a BC-based chain, that now has a wide range of fitness, travel and outdoor garments) and at Lolé that aren’t too short (they have to be at least a bit v-shaped on the bicycle; pencil skirts bunch up). I wear lycra shorts underneath if I’m going any distance.
There are many activities here in Montréal for cycle month and week. When it started decades ago, I went on a couple of the mass rides, but I don’t enjoy that any more. I will go to a talk on getting businesses onside with urban cycling, by an expert from London:

London is far behind Berlin and Paris, to say nothing of Amsterdam or Copenhagen, but this campaign does seem to be improving things.
