Jean Kit, not about politics, but this time of year seems to be the last gasp of the after-Chrismas sales (Boxing Day here). Sears Canada went belly-up this year, and that affects the entire retail sector, even among those who have never shopped at Sears. So does online business. I don’t enjoy shopping, but I was happy do get another pair of dark-wash jeans (in petites so I don’t have to have them rehemmed) at 70% off. We do have to wear clothing after all – I was going to say especially in our climate, but nowadays probably as much in hotter, sunnier places, to shelter from the sun’s rays…

Because, DAMMIT, we don’t have multilayered plush FUR!!!
