Morning KJ, nighty-night MS.
Snow in the forecast for tonight, ewww! They say it won’t be much and tomorrow should be okay. Just so happens I bought a truck last night! My old Tahoe is falling apart – hubby doesn’t think its safe for me anymore – got many good years out of it though. Not new, but it will get me thru winter weather on the mountain. Trip to the bank later, then will register it on Saturday.

…. a purrrrfect day here, mid 70s and sunshine galore! …. getting a little chillier tomorrow, but still around 70 ….nice days for November!

…. just set Hazel/Bob to work on the family room, watered all the plants, started the laundry and now ready to sit down and imput …. I can’t believe it’s only 2 weeks til Thanksgiving! …. will miss the kids this year, but still cooking for 8 of us …. starting to make my lists and get my ducks in a row! …. have a great Thorsday everyone!

Good morning all! Love the thought of a TDK meet up…sounds like sooo much purrrry fun! The pics are adorable, and MS LOVE the pics of the kitten in the bed…nothing like a prewarmed spot made by a kitty! Sweet dreams!
It’s soo warm in here this morning, no cold spots anywhere with the wood stove purring away in her spot! Willow seems to be okay, checked his paws this morning and noticed his back paws took the brunt of it, but nothing serious. My Pudge (now in the Meadow) burned hers the worst of any of my cats, and the paw skin came off because she would pull it off and leave it on the bedspread! I could not figure out what that was until I saw her doing it, and I didn’t even know she had jumped up on the stove.
Congrats Joan on a new ride! I always have to *make it mine* by stocking it with gum, hairbrush, kleenex or anything else I might need: drives Hubby nuts but he chews my gum cuz he’s too cheap to get any for his pickup LOL! Purry thoughts coming to you for *that place* and hoping there is an end to the extreme stress soon.
I will check back in later, but not toooo later, hopefully.

oh EC, sorry to miss you this time, but definitely let me know when you’re coming back to Indian Shores, it’s just a short drive for me – we could have lunch on the water 🙂

…. well, I scored BIG at super Wal today, I got strands of the ity bitty led light strings, and 4 large leg candles for about 1/4 of the price that Pier One charges! …. so excited, now ready to do some decorating !!!!

Great on cc/replacements KJ. Oh I’m everything but kitchen sink/LOL – prefer plain chocolate!
OK…virtual trip to Montreal at the present…reality w/Quebec…hmm…lookin’ for that lucky Lotto!

Hi everyone – so nice to hear of TDK meet up possibilities. I have experienced a few and they are fun! I don’t travel much, but if I did I would try to meet up with TDKr’s in the area.
Miss Gaea does indeed have a good life, even if she is not impressed!
Yay for decorating, AV – hearing of your scores helps one get a jump on the holiday spirit!
Ok, I got a good look at the pics – they are all so great! Sometimes I only have time to take a quick peek on my phone – pics are small and eyes are bleary, so I don’t always get full advantage of the pictorial contributions.

oh boy, oven chicken wings (my fav NC tangy gold sauce) and greek salad (with potatoe salad) for dinner 🙂 …. smells heavenly!!

not looking forward to tomorrow – all day chained to my computer, doing a marathon continuing ed …. I’m sure I’ll pop in/out to lament ….

… I put some of the led string lights out this afternoon … I strung some through the pinecombs in the bin that I keep in the fireplace (never use it, too hot – FLA!) …. and it really looks pretty …. gives a nice sparkle to the room …. I used white lights, which are good for the thanksgiving theme I have on the table, and then will transist into Hanukkah and Christmas …. I love decorating for the seasons … actually, I’ll probably leave those lights in there for good, cause they are appropriate any time 🙂 …. come February I decorate for Gasparilla (AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGG) ….

KJ, glad you enjoyed the pics. The ‘happy’ couple had me LOL as did the long ‘married’ couple who share.
Ohhhhhhhhhhh TDK meet-ups are fun. I was lucky enough to share by Skype in a SoCal meet up when daughter Airy was living in LA and chatted with several TDKers and we have had several TDK meet-up here in NZ, very much family affairs with KK and Airy(family) and JCat who is family now that we have known each other for so ling through TDK. We even introduced out Mothers to each other on one meet-up.
KZ, I am glad that Willow is none the worse for his moment on the stove.

KJ, the Cat Cafe visit sounds great, now to win Lotto big time so I can go on the ultimate TDK meet-up tour.
Just got the washing on the clothes line, double pegged because it’s so windy. It won;t take long to dry though.
