    Yeah Lagatta last night was very much not fun. Rice not an option as I’m from Ashkenazi bkgd so kitnyot, well no.

    Goat’s milk would help too, but for Passover not available.

    Eventually was able to in effect get some yogurt down and pass out in bed.

    I can ill afford not to be able to eat even a little bit. But somehow did class this am and now I’m just being a bit watchful and seeing how things go.
