    Just popping in for a moment. I got to picnic at lunch today and it was marvelous. Unfortunately there is a cold front coming in tomorrow. My doctor read me the riot act yesterday because my bloodwork was not good. Trying to get back in the habit of bringing my own lunches instead of going out so much. My current meds are not as effective as the ones the FDA took off the market and so I need to get more serious about what I am eating and portion size. sigh… At least here in the cafe I can have what I want! Bring on a big bananna split!

    Here you are Kykat one ‘nanna split thru wormhole! Stop by we have daily delightful decadent specials & healthy too! Custard flavors of day are Tiramisu, Strawberry at Kopps & Mint Explosion at Culvers…name your fave for it’s the cows!

    I’ll take some strawberry! That is always my favorite flavor. Although Kroger brand sugar-free cherry cordial is running a close second right now. It tastes like it is the real thing and has a great creamy texture. I think I need to go seek out some gum and maybe a diet coke to get me through the afternoon and evening. I have a meeting at 6:30 that I am so not in the mood for.

    I enjoy mint chip, orange cream sugarless gum by extra…the strawberry shortcake is pretty sweet. They had apple pie in Fall but haven’t seen it around for awhile. (A nice subst for the real thing!)

    Hi gang! How is everyone? Me, I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off! I think this new job is a blessing but a curse at the same time. I absolutely needed a job and I am thankful for that. It’s just such a change from what I had been doing the last 10.5 years, I feel like the kid at school who is rushing to catch up with the other kids! By the time I make it home I barely get in the shower and fall into bed! I miss stopping by and saying hello to y’all.
