    Phew! Just got back from the gym. Did 36 miles in 2 hours. I’m exhausted and a bit nauseous. I hate nausea, but other than that, I feel great! Now I can take tomorrow off 🙂

    Way to go GD, great job! Just my luck, went to the class this morning with the trainer (its always a “surprise” on Saturdays) and of course, it was an agility obstacle course. Just what the brain surgery survivor with crappy balance needs! Actually I do, just makes me nervous to not be able to do stuff in a group setting. Nice thing was before we started my trainer took me around to each station and showed me the modified version of each exercise for me. Thank goodness cause I couldn’t do all the exercises everyone else did. She did tell me she was so proud of me after. That makes me feel really good.

    We’re all proud of you, too, MC!

    I had to go home and lay on the couch for an hour because I didn’t feel well after my work-out. And of course twice during that time, bobby decided to come lay on my stomach. It’s usually a nice relaxing thing, but I have to say, it’s not so much fun when you’re about to toss your cookies!

    By the way, those Sportlegs pills better work, or I won’t be able to walk tomorrow! It’s one thing doing 32 miles on a regular bike in almost three hours – and another one entirely doing 36 miles on a gym bike non-stop for two hours!

    Oh boy, did I have a whopper of a cheat day yesterday! Cracker Barrel for breakfast, ice cream frosty at Wendy’s and burgers and fries at Duffy’s. Going to my favorite sushi place today with Auntie Ellen when I should be getting back on the horse. Yikes!

    I took Sunday off from the gym, but was back in the pool for 46 laps this morning. My legs were heavy from the 36 miles on Saturday, but I needed the workout and to get back into my routine again.

    Wish I had your enthusiasm GD. I did nothing this weekend… other than sit on my couch and feel sorry for myself. Which accomplished nothing. At least I ate well. I did have some ‘retail therapy’ on Saturday night.. but that’s hardly exercise.
