TDK Fit & Healthy for Fall 2012

Well, I have no extra weight to lose, but could always do with better/more organized eating. The problem is time and money. I’m vegetarian and rely on rice and beans lot. Today I will make a cheese and vegetable sandwich to take into college – and walk in for exercise. Saves bus fare too! Don’t feel comfortable spending on a gym subscription for now – have to save something for when I finish the PhD – but next month budget will be a bit looser and I can buy more fresh fruit and veg. I swear the cats take sooo much of my budget – it’s always something. This week they need the 3-monthly flea and wormers and I spend a ton on cat litter cos Habibi has to have the tray completely changed after she goes (panleuk survivor, could be a carrier) Of course they’re worth it times a million!

Thank you jeankit but really I am the lucky one. Bibi had a hard life before I got her but she is still the happiest cat in the world. She is my best teacher x

I am getting back into workouts after a 2 week vacation where I managed to not gain any weight. My weight loss had slowed down a bit just before vacation so I am hoping to work with my trainer to kickstart it a bit again so that my total is at least 50 pounds down for 2012. The 5 sizes down, more energy and less pain are even better than the pounds though.
