Smilies and other symbols on TDK

I remember doing pictures like that when I took typing at high school some 100 years ago! When the teachers would give us those to do, we always cheered – it meant that we were just going to have fun in class that day!

AV – does your laptop have some small numbers on the bottom of keys M,J,K,L,U,I,O,7,8,9 plus some others that have symbols in that spot? If so, you should be able to do the same thing that I do to get the other symbols mentioned. Above my “backspace” key is a key with “Num Lk” on it – you will need to click that first – it should leave a light on as if you clicked on your “Caps Lock” key does – then just experiment as some of the above people have and hopefully you will find out new things to play with on the computer!

Okay – do you have an FN key? If so, that could be the only key you need, but some other research says something about needing to use the FN key with one of the F1 to F12 keys, don’t know which one though – hope this helps. I need to go feed the men but will check back in later.
