Cows milk or kitten replacement formula? Cows milk is not good. Kitten replacement formula is the best option. Goats milk, raw or canned, or ewes’ milk, if you can get it, are fine to bring a baby kitten up on, or check the glop recipes (mostly based on evaporated or condensed milk but there’s also one for cows milk). Keep giving her the pedialyte, little and often, as much as she will take, it will stop her dehydrating and give her the salts and electrolytes she needs to survive. It is hard to get a cat to start eating again once it has stopped and this can cause problems with their liver, shut down their digestion and of course makes them very weak. She needs to be warm first before her digestion can start again. Tuna is good because it is smelly — also good is warming her food gently or if you have access to pureed pure meat babyfood (Gerber is a good brand), pure chicken or meat, no garlic or onion or additives, she might be persuaded to take a little of that. But the main thing is to keep her alive till you can get her to the vet and the pedialyte is the absolute basic thing she will need if she takes nothing else. Best of luck.
It sounds to me like her not eating any food is the problem.
