Finally, made it back to the cafe when it’s about time to leave work. For all of you have such cold weather, ours is going to be close to 60 tomorrow. It’s January in the Midwest and this is usually when we get lots of snow.
To those with remembrances of friends’ passing (animal or human), let the good memories be a comfort to you. My granddaughter called Sunday night to let me know that her guinea pig Gizmo died. She has another one which is quite confused and missing her friend, so my granddaughter has been giving Yukie lots of love and attention. My paternal grandmother and my mother passed away in January, on the same day, just a year apart.
Okay, enough rattling on…time to turn the computer off and head towards home.
