    They (and other countries) did the exact same thing to millions of pigs when the swine flu hit. This is the type of horrors that occur with factory farming.

Send a polite message to Han Duk-soo, the ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the United States, and tell him that you want the South Korean government to immediately stop burying animals alive and to start using humane methods of controlling foot-and-mouth disease, as well as avian bird flu outbreaks.     The problem that this country has as told by my husband who lived there for a few years is that the sanitary conditions are not good. They still have waste ditches that are beyond what we would consider sanitary–allowing disease to spread rampantly. Both of the disease are so very contagious; there is a serious need to improve sanitation policies. To have change occur the best thing to do is let oices be heard–the preverbial squeeky wheel gets the grease!
