    Sorry if i didn’t say but thank you for your input. She isn’t fixed but she is never allowed outside an to my knowledge only displayed heat once. Given her age she should have been in heat at least 4 times.

    OK – you just answered your own question. Maybe it’s time to have kit fixed to alleviate current & pending many problems.
