New kitten , need help ! Eyes and nose

So one had cats and kittens in the past before But just recently i was walking to my bf house and a kittens about 3-4 months old started to follow us. We gave it a bath and got rid of mostly all fleas. Ive had her about a 5 days and she still has reddish eyes(I’ve flushed them out w cat eye rinse so that gets most of the GUNK out) as well as a runny nose and she’s starting to has problems breathing every few hours i clean it but it gets stuffed again…. why should i do?
