Ohhh, let me trade in my ale for some hot chocolate! (served through the wormhole by a chocolate-point meezer with a latte-colored bowtie…)

Hi all, just a quick post as I’m about to head over to the hospital and wait for Mr. K’s hernia surgery to be done; silly man wouldn’t let me go with him this morning. I know he’s going to be just fine, but white light’s always welcome 🙂

Gorsh, I thought every day was chocolate day! I’ll have some of each please 🙂 . Oh! It’s already been served! That pretty wench-tabby-kitty just appeared thru the wormhole with it, awesome!

Good vibes headed across the Hudson to Mr. K.

PC, I finally figured out the “show me” tab is the place to be to see what’s, well, happening! With the former format, I had gotten used to staying in the cafe, and catching up on other threads as time allowed. Now it’s all on one page, which has taken some getting used to, but it’s sinking in.

Paw up waving…hi Joan…glad it’s sinking in & you get a few purry moments to spare during the day at that place!
Yup, it’s officially time for chocolate/again today!
Me, following Mona’s idea & grabbing a cuppa Mocha as lunchtime treat & out to patio w/Tux for a few!Mona & mocha

To the lounge chair kit for some RR!

Hi, Everyone! LOVE the pictures of the kitties in the cafe today! And my girls, being black, love the Halloween theme!

Today is one of my volunteer days at the pet adoption center, so I’ll be heading out soon but had to peek in and grab some coffee.

Kilroy, hope all goes well for Mr. K today. Get him out of the hospital as soon as you can – hospitals are bad places and are full of sick people.

KJ, NOW your response on the NS that I started the other night makes sense! I’m so sorry and didn’t realize that you had started another NS. It’s kind of hard to keep track of where all of the threads are these days and I didn’t see it. No, no…. I am, in no way, the one who opens all of the NS’s!!! I just used to do it now and then but I have always had the terrible habit of disappearing. As far as I know, you sure haven’t stepped on any toes around here. TDK is not a closed group – if it were it would be long dead by now! Your creativity that you have brought here is so fun. Yes, there are lots of “old” TDKer’s here and lots of memories, but there are lots of memories still to be made!

I’m hoping when I go to the center we will have had lots and lots of adoptions over the weekend!

Well, this is just great….. Windi saw that the cafe today is a Medieval Cafe. Now she has appeared, having been in the kitchen, and she is wearing a suit of armor that she has fashioned out of aluminum foil….

Kilroy, hope things are going/went well with Mr. K …….. I’m sure nurse Georgie will lend a hand 🙂

As long as it doesn’t rain Hot Chocolate…chocolate kisses or nonpareils would be great Av!

    Goodmorning all.
PM, so glad you came through the storm untouched. At least you were able to have your morning coffee thanks to being on gas. It certainly sounds like it was quite a storm and the pictures I have seen make it look quite frightening.
Kilroy, sending Healing Energy for Mr K.
Deb that Christmas hot chocolate sounds amazing for a cold climate. Maybe for a mid-year Christmas for us.
I have been using the Chat page with the list of topics to keep a track of who has been posting and what threads are active. i guess we all have our different ways of doing things.
Another sunny windy day here and I’ll be spending some of it in the garden, lugging bags of compost to replace the depleted soil before I plant out more flowers.
