    (I’m starting the Café a bit early)

    Today is supposed to inspire us to change our diets and food policies toward a greener diet. The fact is that we live in an era where it is no longer necessary to know anything about farming to be well fed. Yet, it is just as important to be aware of where food comes from in order to select high nutrient foods for the bulk of our diet. And if anyone knows about good food, it’s Kits…

    Awww, the pics are so cute! Love the one where the cat is eating grass saying this will make excellent barf! Yup, that’s what my cats do when I grow it for them, so I quit doing it. I mean, what’s the point? I even have access to oat and wheat seed and grew that for them too, still barf–especially Thumbalina. She has the most sensitive stomach of all my cats.
    Wish I had some good ideas about lunch today since this is food day, but I don’t.
    It’s another beautiful fall day here, the leaves are starting to change a lot, and even some trees just dropped leaves without changing this year. I guess they didn’t get enough rain when they needed it and decided to cut their losses! 😉

    🙁 Oh I’m sorry you have the crud, MS. KJ said she’s almost over hers and I hope you feel better soon.

    I love the MIL Kimchi and diet food in my bowl pics! It’s been chilly in the mornings and warming up to around 70/21c. Many of the trees are bare but others are still green and leafy.

    Good morning – sorry about the Steelers loss, PG. I see the Cardinals/Seahawks game ended in a tie, wow!
    Hope you feel better soon, MS. Hope the spring weather helps you kick it.
    It is a beautiful fall day here. After the weekend’s windy weather, lots of leaves have fallen.
    Thinking of getting some apples and making a pie.
