I did wear my silver-tone viper bangle today! And my snake earrings! Without contemplating the Special Day! Plan to wear the bangle again tomorrow. Also have silver-tone bangle with rhinestone eyes. And plain silver-tone snake earrings. And ring with black eyes and spotted finish. Guess jewellery-wise I am an ophiophilist (purrson who loves snakes) new word for me! 😎
And I feel sorry for “misunderstwood” snake. So pretty! Once went to n’hood street festival where one booth had wide variety of snakes in order to demystify peep’s fears. The boa constrictor – mega huge and needs to eat a lot to keep it’s buff shape!
Lagatta, you keep mixing me up with KZ, who I don’t think will be shopping at Reitman’s, seeing as she lives in US. 😉
Do I check out this sale? Hmmm … now where would I put more gym gear.
Should check out San Pellegrino, I could certainly use all the calcium that I can find! Could enhance with juice as I also like Perrier orange fizz.
I do like the shorts and need all the padding that I can get, lacking the padding that nature provides. 😉 As in if I forget my saddle pad and the gym loaner is N/A I can’t do the class. 😮
Spinning at times is also called indoor cycling, to differentiate from the genuine mode of transit that you describe. For sure the bikes are entirely different, but depending on the class style instructors can mimic a ride, ie hills, flat roads, speed, etc. My preference is a mode called at my gym “Rhythm Ride” which includes some upper body and core work, dance type moves, and standing, at times hands-free, very difficult. NYC has classes that are totally choreographed! Some cohorts who ride outdoors have told me that spinning is harder than cycling outdoors ’cause we have ability for high resistance, high speed, no traffic rules – and no potholes! Over the years I’ve done most every type of gym workout – spinning is the most challenging!
