evening all!…. lol at the ‘Twiggy’ comments! … people always told me I looked like her because I was so tall and skinny (and today), in the 60’s, 70’s …. didn’t like it then, but am ok with it now 🙂

… MS, I too took French in high school …. like you, choices were limited, and to this day, I can still sing (not on key) their national anthem! LOL …. Son chose French in his current international studies, he has to become fluent in a foriegn langauge in 2 years …. part of his reason for the ‘European’ tour he just came from …

Thunderstorm rolled through here last night! New hair day today…KJ I would have been furious if hairdresser had buzzed me like that!! I have had a few really bad hair cuts myself, and the 80’s perms too, ugh.
AV, I too was called Twiggy, and I didn’t like it then either. It was cool then to be curvy, not look like a stick and I was tall to boot so my pants were always too short, along with my sleeves. Now I wouldn’t mind being called Twiggy at all, but few know who she is, HA!

Cool Nirmal! My makeup inspiration is Edie, complete with pale lips most of the time. My hair inspiration is Agyness Deyn (real name Laura Holland LOL). Except my features are way more delicate and as yet my hair is all dark brown. Might do something with colour one day. Also like “boyfriend” sweater she’s sporting and plan to knit me some. 🙂

Like the retro ’60s look plus current AD style. Had very short hair back in 80’s. Now it’s muted auburn chin length w/bangs. Just long enough to pull back if it’s hot/not happening this Summer. Hey Joan, concats on Mac’s progress. Sound like Luck when first moved in. Came in for noms, snooze than back out…routine for about 3 months! Still liked roaming outside until year ago…the last time…don’t know what happened but was MIA for 2 days. Finally came back home & hasn’t wanted to go outside ever since!… 😀 ‘K back to Tues café for more java!

@kj yeap I’m stuck in the 60s n love it that way. I used to go to thrift shops n buy all the vintage stuff. That was when I has more disposable income 😉
