Oh, BTW heard little neighborhood kit was caught while I was gone…for the best, too iffy outside with traffic, unfriendly peeps etc! Otto has been around but haven’t seen Gabby yet…food is still being eaten so someone is visiting & partaking in the noms!

Hey, it’s almost time for lunch fun on the purrfect tdk patio!
Meant to comment on your en “déshabillé” fun earlier KJ…my sis Sue always used that term…oh, happy memories. She could read/speak/write French very well…after 4 years of studies! I followed 1/2 way as 2 years but so long ago…forgot most/thanks to google for current help!

Ah yes wine…and CAKE, everything is better with cake! Hi to everyone, lunch is over and kind of a relaxing day unless oldest daughter drops in for me to babysit, although they aren’t babies…but still.

Darling pictures of your vacation Jean, and Buttons Noodle is a darling! I’m glad you said he was a terror, because just a few minutes ago Willow had his sisters in a terrible uproar. It’s like he gets fixated on chasing, chewing and biting and they don’t act like prey but will actually stop him and play, chew and hold him down but when they let him go he’s even more determined and riled up where sometimes I just have to intervene. Noodle is a beauty in black. Which leg is the one to be amputated, I’m sure you said but I don’t remember.

KJ thanks for the tips on hair products. I have a few of those myself, LOL. My hair is very fine, thick and was long until last month. I’m over it for now, got it cut short, and tomorrow it will be shorter. I need more layers on top because I have all this bulk going on. In winter it might be okay, but I’m tired of fixing it. Just want to throw in some gel and go, ya know?

Lol hoping Noodle won’t be pinning Nutini down when he’s bigger Kittyzee 🙂

It’s his right front leg that’s being amputated at the shoulder the whole scapula will be removed 🙁 so we are going to have to concentrate on playtime as he gets older cause I don’t want him attempting any escapes!

If it had been his back leg effected it would be a reletivly simple procedure and the recovery & side effects would be minimal .. But the front leg is very important in balance ( as we knew with Buttons it was his right front & rear leg that were effected by his disability) and in protecting himself too as well as protecting his rib cage from any falls now he’ll be completely exposed on his right side.. And unfortunately the scare tissue on his eye is not shrinking .. We had hoped it would fade or reduce in size as his eye got bigger.. But it’s only more obvious now as his eye is getting bigger.. 🙁 so it looks like he’ll always have clouded impaired vision in his right eye..

Aw, we luv you ((Noodles))! Meowmy is t’e best & is gonna help you grow up & into to be an extra-special cat!

Scoot has a little mark on her left eye. Vet said should be ok unless gets larger with age. Thought it was ruptured as a young kitten.

Hi all!
Seems that efurryone – kitties and peeps are sleeping off all that strong French wine! Not to mention the delicious eats! JK Scoot is so lovely, want to stare into the Diva’s eyes extra spot notwithstanding, but have been warned that I could very well be snatched into fairyland as can be seen in cat’s eyes, and who knows when/if they’d return me to this century!
Love dropping Francicisms, as “déshabillees”, think it adds a “je ne sais quoi” to my parlance. That and living where bilingualism is basically a necessity LOL. Speaking of which, noted that today is also National Nude Day, so extra-happy for window-washing alert! 😉
Just made me up a batch of broiled veg recipe as provided earlier, thibk I’ll toss some on tofu burger tonite.

Oh Buttons, you are so special to have Noodles, he will be nurtured, loved, and pampered in your home. I would be lost as to how to help him and you already have so much knowledge of special needs kits.

What a sweet picture of Scoot Jean! Does she have trouble seeing out of that eye? It doesn’t seem so.

I know what you mean about having this family Buttons. I feel so at home here. I know if I have problems SOMEONE here will know how to give advice but more importantly everyone UNDERSTANDS. ((hugs))

Hey KJ! LOVE the Edie Sedgewick hairstyle…I had to Google her and check out her style. Very edgy and cool. Funny I don’t remember her. Twiggy I remember. But I went back and red the Wikipedia bio on her, very interesting person too, but she surely died before her time!
