KM, beautiful pics of so many lovely cats. How on earth did you manage to resist picking the cats up though. Great pic of you and Mrs KM and lovely to put a face to the poster. Pssssst maybe a furminator would help with the hair . 😯
I do love the basket near the end of the pictures, that is something Shadz would love to curl up in because she can still see out of it all round.
Tokoyo cat cafe inspires Melbourne cat cafe but no lattes with the kits.

    Hi MS and Joan!

Good on Melbourne for getting with the program :). And here’s breaking news: The Montreal Cat Café is a reality: Address/opening time and all! Yes…yes…yes…yes…yes!

Plus as place will be hosting adoptions would assume peeps will be allowed to hold kitties. 45 min by public transport and I could be there, cell phone camera at the ready!

Here’s the English version of Montreal cat café website. The translation is extremely lame, so this one just contacted them to see if they want me to fix it, for reduced rate or purrhaps as volunteer. I’d like to be involved in some way, using what skills I have, writing/translation as don’t think they’d need my knitting skills LOL. Will see if anything comes of my attempt. Whatever.

awwww KM and Ms. KM! … love putting face to name, like MS said….. there is a place in North Carolina on one of the highest mountains in the Apalacians, that is a restaurant/small motel, where a large Orange Cat rules! …. he’s just part of the place – he walks (swagers) thru the eatery, patrols the 10 small motel rooms and generally welcomes all customers/vistors to ‘his’ home ….. same policy, patrons are’t allowed to feed him or pick him up, but if he chooses to ‘grace’ you with his presence, or sit in your lap, you can pet/stroke him …. it’s a really cool place, probably one of the few places I’ve been that have ‘cat’ owners!

KJ, I see what you mean about the Cat cafe English version. They definitely need your assistance.
I bet you will be heading there often to snuggle with the kitties.

Yes MS, it is sad (the English that is) but a reality here and often the francophones are totally oblivious. Anyhoo will see if I get any response, I did offer helping out pro bono as an option. Here there are bookstores with residence cats and one can cuddle with them, for sure at one (that unfortunately closed but kit went to furrever home with owner), peeps would browse or use place like library with cat settled on lap. Big orangie was Oscar (named after the great Wilde of course)! BFF and I concurred that when I visit said café on my return I will probably have to strip nekked in hallway, place clothes in sealed bag and jump into high power shower, or Dorry will sense that I’ve been unfaithful. Not – LOL!
