Welcome to TDKland. We’re the fluffiest feline place around! Firstly, thank you for rescuing this wee kit. There are several formulas available but TDKers swear by Goats’ Milk. Goats’ milk has probiotics and nutrients and is low in lactose. These will help settle her tummy. You can pick up some quality kitten food and start her on that slowly. I would give the Goats’ milk for a couple weeks along with the wet food.
The stress of a new life is a factor in her pooping. Set up a litter pan that’s low to the ground. Get some non-clumping, unscented litter. Kittens like to play in the litter and can eat the litter. The clumping kind can clump in her tummy. These links have information on helping her poop. You can put a couple of drop of olive oil in the milk to help her along.
