Will my cat always hate my dog?

We got Maui as an 11 week old puppy last year. Because it was a surprise from my fiance, I wasn’t able to introduce him correctly to the cats, so it was drama right from the start lol.

Fast foreward to a few months later, and they all get along pretty well.

Except for Leroy…. Leroy absolutely HATES the dog. He’ll chase the puppy around the house, and guard his water and food bowl from him. Sometimes he’ll put his head up for Maui to rub against, and then when Maui comes in to love on him, Leroy attacks LOL.

Is there anything I can do to help it? It’s honestly harmless and kind of cute, but I hate to think that two members of my Pride don’t like each other. 🙁
