I found a 3 week old kitten. While washing it I noticed all kinds of specks! I’m not sure how to upload a picture but I’m not sure what they could be!

Hi Adiehl, those wee specks are most likely flea dirt which means your kitten has fleas and that can be very dangerous for such a young kitten. Too many flea bites can lead to anaemia and failure to thrive.
To eliminate the fleas you will need to bathe your kitten using Dawn dishwashing soap. Use tepid/warm water and Dawn dish soap in it, then gently massage a little of the soap into the kittys fur, rinse, wash, and comb the kitten with a flea comb. Then carefully dry your kitten completely and keep it in a warm or sunny spot to make sure it keeps warm. The Dawn will kill the fleas on contact but not the eggs so I would bathe kitten every few days. Also you will need to wash in hot water any blankets/bedding to eliminate fleas and eggs in them. That may also include toys.
If possible check with your vet if there is any flea product that is safe for your age kitten.
