Good morning and Happy St Patrick’s Day.
    Peevish McTavern here.
I spotted green sausages at the butcher yesterday. 😮
No corned beef here for the day, far too expensive unless it’s on special.
We had half a months rain overnight so everything is extremely wet outside and HRH was outside this morning for the barest minimum time before returning in for breakfast and then off to bed.
I checked on my caterpillars and replaced a couple that may have been washed off the bush. The sun is trying to break through the clouds at the moment but thunder is forecast for later.

I believe there must be a “Meadow Wall”, Buttons, there has to be. Buttons is today’s featured café kitty!
My Shepard’s Pie in the crockpot came out great, there’s hardly any left! We had the last 2 pieces of apple pie leftover from Pi day for dessert.
Not sure if I could deal with green sausage, MS! Can’t bring myself to buy a green bagel either.

Green sausages MS? Green bagel JJ? Are you sure that this sorta foodstuffs are St. Paddy’s Day specials? Cause when food turns green … just sayin’. *wink* In any case they do not sound purrticularly appetizing as my mother’s purchase of the green sliced sandwich bread was in some small way a life-changing event hehehe. Although one day I would like to try a drink that I’ve long been fascinated by – “La Fée Verte” or the “Green Fairy” AKA absinthe! I mean, just look at this bottle, it’s totally kit-inspired, how could anyone resist! Plus as a bonus, after imbibing purrhaps I could write very intense French poetry! I do have a special absinthe spoon charm that I wear on necklace, yes there’s a whole ritual to the absinthe experience.

Hey Tux-I found the 4 leaf clover too!

Yea, AV-you finished your continued ed. I’m glad your son’s doing OK. When we get caught up in stuff we forget how it affects our bodies esp. when you’re a whippersnapper. 🙂

It’s nice to get your errands done so enjoy your quiet evening, Deb.

Sweet Berta wants to stroll with her new meowmy and it’s good you got a walk in. Pansies are hardy around here.

Miss Gaea sounds like Shadz. It’s snowing a bit more but she had to go outside…for 5 mins. Now she’s in the window, sulking. *sigh*

I’m sure Dorry earned his strip, KJ. 😉 Absinthium-the Liquor Of Aesthetes. I had to find out about X Company. It’s streaming on Netflix now I can watch it. Wee I’m going to record Vikings.
