lol hi joan! i hear yea….i hung out with 2 seperate friends today. enjoyed the day despite the rain n later cold. it felt good though. n only one more week of hell with my current patient. whew thank god. 1 week of long hours and putting up with her crap. i talked to my supervisor, and told her i needed a patient that i was able to work better with my hours, as i have drs appointments i cant keep. i didnt tell her the other reasons 🙂

just took my meds….jeez these cephalexin (keflex) smell like cat pee. and of COURSE, i HAD to google that, just to see if i was the only one who thought this. it’s so gratifying when ur not alone heheh

Well the sun’s over the yardarm litter-mateys! And I feel like I’ve had too much rum and not enough Coke LOL. (I mean the soda, don’t anyone go reading anything into anything).

Joan are you saying we’re back at AV’s next weekend for more mischief, mayhem and carousing? Sophisticated Cat suggests we travel by boat in keeping with the theme. We do have a ship-shape crew of able-furry-bodied seakits with Tux at the helm. Plus Dorry and I want to ditch the pirate gear in favour of our matching French boatneck sailor T’s. 😉

Hi Buttons! Yet again I ask “Is that Nutini” we’re now seeing instead of Xmassy Buttons? If so she has such a fetching look as in “Fetch me through the wormhole for piratical prowling with Dorry”.

Well today I could have used Hazel. I went to pick up someone’s litter and attempted to wheel the bag home in my not-so-sturdy wheely bag. Long story short – bag ripped, litter bag ripped and I left a trail of litter from the front door, in the elevator and all the way to my place. Just like “Hansel and Gretel” and the breadcrumbs only different. Spent an hour or so with dustpan/vac, still couldn’t get it all swept up especially in the elevator. Left a msg for super indicating my abject apologies, he has one of these industrial type vacs so it will get taken care of. Just didn’t want any grief as I’m the only person with a cat in bldg. Did manage to save most of the litter and reorganize it into garbage bags. Plus I’d bought a red feather interactive toy for someone just because. But still – after workout I had to workout yet again like a wench, like a skivvy, not all that much fun, with neighbours looking on amused. LOL.

I too, love my coca cola. I even have an old CocaCola clock in my kitchen.

So I’ve been watching football here, second championship game just started. I stand when they do the national anthem, and get a bit perturbed when they sing the wrong notes. There was just one wrong note, and I know artists like to express their creativity, but this was a big one. Just sayin’…

Hi! Watching a movie ~ THE TOWN THAT CAME A COURTIN…. Missed the first hour as I didn’t know it was on. 🙁

lmao joan…these days wrong notes, off key and crappy singing are an epidemic. catface loves his football…me, not so much. i’m happy to let him enjoy, as long as i can enjoy other things. ah, but joan…yes….im one of those girls who will take a can coke, pepsi, shasta, thums up (indian cola) rc cola, ever brand of generic cola, and go to town. same goes with root beer. im definitely not biased about any brand.

and when im at wendy’s, ive gotten on a new kick – my new fav meal of all time there is a triple burger, large chili fries, and huge coke or root beer depending on what pleasure they will aford me. the large soda and triple burger were long time favs, but they recently started selling chili fries too. that was one thing i missed in pa, so now i dont have to miss that. if i can find a place that sells steak sandwhich fries (fries with steak sandwich makings plopped on top) then im set.
