Not only a recipe for easy ice cream without a machine but a link to a lovely looking recipe blog that tells you how to make your own sweetened condensed milk! (And don’t forget you can make your own caster sugar by blitzing up ordinary sugar in the kitchen whizz/blender/magimix etc etc.)

You’ll never believe this Jcat but I am sitting here eating a cherry vanilla ice cream cone, so of course I had to read this ! And I must say it sounds *deeeelish* as well as easy to make. I would love to try it with the white choclate chips. Oh Yummmm!!!!
