    Country singer Kevin Sharp lost his life to cancer this weekend, he was only 43 yrs old….may he rest in peace.

    Saw this in the Woman’s World magazine and it sounded good….

    Ann Joy Napolitano’s Lemon Chicken

    Preheat oven to 425F.
    Arrange 3 lbs. chicken drumsticks and thighs and 1 lb. potatoes (cut into chunks) in large roasting pan; tuck 1 lemon (sliced) in between chicken and potatoes.
    Drizzle everything with 2 Tbs. oil, then sprinkle with 2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning and toss everything together.
    Rearrange chicken so that it is skin side up; cover with foil.
    Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil; bake 15-20 minutes until chicken is no longer pink near bones and potatoes are tender, adding 1 pkg (12 oz) frozen whole green beans (thawed) during last 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings.

    Three hours!!!!!
    OMG, Deb, that’s ridiculous. I would say that I hope you’re having a good shift but how could you be with someone literally sleeping on the job???

    Jane, I so want to just reach over and shake the daylights out of him…..that is why my GA is holding her head with both hands, lol! It grates on my last nerve that someone has a crap work ethic…..go work at someplace where you sweep parking lots or something along those lines, sigh.
