I was not a disco fan, but she had a fabulous voice and I did like her songs. Wasn’t she on Dancing with the Stars a few years back? singing, I mean. or am I halucinating?

Tonight was our 70’s Variety Show–there were a few songs of hers played. I LOVE Donna Summers and her music will live on–may her family and friends be surrounded in peace and comfort.

I’ll admit, I had a “disco s**ks” t-shirt in the 70s! However, I roller skated to “Last Dance” countless times, and loved every minute of it.

This is one of my favorite songs; brings back memories of High School band and Grimethorp Colliery Band does a fantastic version if you like brass, but here’s Donna Summer’s version. Enjoy

Thanks Joan, forgot about her great version of this classic song. Donna Summer was a very talented musician and agree that Billboard should finally recognize her as such this year as tribute!
