Thought a blast from the past (5 years ago even) would be a great way to start this morning off….
We’ll I’m here at The Cafe, Thursday morning 5:49 am, Mountain time…
The strong coffee and the espresso are made. Hot chocolate, steamers, and fresh squeezed juice are on the beverage bar. Bottles of amaretto, Baileys, and Irish whisky (hic) are ready to be added to the beverage of your choice. I started with the beverages…only because I need to wake up 🙂
Espresso IV drips are now available here for those passed out at the door or those who collapse shortly after coming in…
Bacon, ham, sausage, hashbrowns, and eggs (all methods of cooking including omelets) are all frying up nicely on the grill. Fresh fruit compote with the addition of of Kir is on the breakfast bar. Toast, bagels, pancakes, waffles, french toast, muffins, and croissants are done.
Quiche is now available too…
The kits have also been able to get a supply of lobster tails for the quiche and omelets…
Real maple syrup, honey, homemade blackberry jam, chocolate, and nutella are toppings for anything you wish…
Chopped tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and sweet peppers can be added to any dish you wish…
The Cyber Cafe is open for business !!!
