Cleo
Please join me in remembrance for our Star Kit for today, Cleo. She was 16 years old from California.
Miss Cleo died a few weeks ago. She was 16 and lived a long, full, loving life. She was the sweetest and most protective cat I’ve ever had. Such a sweetie pie. Very independent and yet very loving. One for the cuddles if she trusted you (and if she was tired :)). I remember when I was a kid that my brother and I would go on walks and she’d follow us to make sure we were OK and safe. Cleo was an indoor cat for a little while because we (my mom, my brother, and I) were afraid she’d get hit by a car. She managed to push out window screens in order to get out to the free world. She was a character. <3. She loved us all so much, especially my mom. She knew who took care of her. We all did, but my mom was special because she was a mama to the kitty mama of the house. Cleo always came running when she heard the sound of our car pulling up to the house. She had a little bell on her collar so we could always hear her coming. I loved and still love her.

Aww, sweet Cleo knew who her loving family was and loved caring for all of you. There’s nothing better than growing up with cats and going on walks with them. I’m sure she is looking down from the Meadow lovingly and don’t be surprised if she sends a new kitty to love when she thinks you are ready.
I’m so very sorry for your loss. From what you tell us Miss Cleo was an awesome ladykit and it’s always too soon when our kits leave us for the Meadow.
Miss Cleo was a purrfect girl and I celebrate how wonderful a protector and friend she was to your family. Thank you for sharing her story.
Beautiful, sweet Cleo. I found myself tearing up for your loss and for the memories of all the wonderful sweet cats that have given me love over the years.

My heart goes out to you. I understand the loss of a fur family member. My Smokey is 14 years old and I dread the day I have to say goodbye to him. I try not to think about it too much because that takes away from the time we have together. I am sure Cleo is still watching over you.
Cleo is so beautiful I know you are going to miss her a lot. I lost my Abbby in April she was 13 in March My granddaughter brought me a new kitten Saturday, she is soiled black except a thumb print of white on her neck I named her Ebony, I am so glad you had so many beautiful years with Cleo and lots of good memories. I will say a prayer for you and your family.
What a beautiful girl Cleo was. She will be waiting for you at The Rainbow Bridge.
I’m so very sorry. I still miss every one of my late cats. I hope your memories of Cleo provide some comfort.
I feel sad that you lost your beloved kitty, Cleo, but it makes me feel better to know how long she lived and how happy those years were for her and you. I believe someday we will all be together again with our dear pets and, having that belief, I know you will see Cleo again.
