Pounce catefuly on little Demelza!
It was supposed to say carefully not catefully. This is what happens when you have two adorable boy kitties on your lap as I do right now that are wrestling. Demelza is a cute little tuxie. Bless you for rescuing her. Hope we get to see her brother as well.
I don’t know. I think “catefully” sounds better.
I agree with Jason, “catefully ” is a great word!
Demelza is an absolute cutie and what more appropriate name for a rescued waif from Cornwall. Good things come in small packages. 🙂
Thanks for saving her. She looks very happy to be inside and well fed!
What a charming little girl….and a very pleasing picture. Thanks for sharing her, and making her life.
Miss Demelza is a lovely Cornish kitty. Wondering if she is also named for the character in “Poldark” who was in effect also a “rescue.” Thank you for providing a loving durever home for her and her brother. 🙂
I meant to say “furever” home. I’m so overcome by her cuteness, my typing skills have gone astray. LOL.
I like “durever”, which also includes the idea of durable, duration and “durer” (to last) in French.
Demelza is an adorable Tuxie! She looks like a happy kitten who knows there will always be a meal for her.
Wee Demelza is a sweet baby girl. She is absolutely a Poldark!
Demelza is a very pretty little girl! She has a sweet face and a great set of whiskers.
Here is a page on Cornish baby names: http://nameberry.com/blog/cornish-names-the-unique-nomenclature-of-cornwall There are other such pages at the site. Cornish is in the same subset of Celtic languages as Welsh and Breton.
We like to watch the video of squirrels and birds from Cornwall. I still wonder why Camilla was given the title dutchess of. Something I don’t know about your home?
