Totoro

Please give a warm welcome to our Star Kit for today, Totoro. He is an 8 week old Tabby from Minneapolis, USA.

Totoro

Little Totoro was found near a garbage dump outside my mom’s work. Right before getting in to start hey shift, she heard this little kitty crying over and over. As she got closer to the building where the garbage dump was, she could hear the sounds more profoundly. Suddenly, this little kitten appeared and came to her. She picked him up, and hid him in her shirt and proceeded into her work. She began whispering to get co-workers and asking them what to do with him before the supervisor could see. She went back out and placed him in her van for a little while before leaving on lunch break, and brought him home to me. Where she texted me she had found a kitten… She had to know that bringing a kitten home to me was inevitable, I’d keep him!

Of course, legally one must wait 5 days to consider keeping our giving a kitten away after finding one. My mother and I posted all over Facebook on humane society, lost cats of MN, and group pages that correlate to my city. From there we had gotten no messages regarding the kitten except people telling my mom what to do with him. Which I then became more and more bonded with him. It’s been almost two weeks, now. He’s getting a little bigger. I named him Totoro after the Ghibli studio animation My Neighbor Totoro, who is gray and white.
