Giving us that Friday feeling, we have Cleo. She is 1 years old (9 weeks old in the pictures) and comes from Wiltshire, England.
This is my beautiful Cleo. I was stopped by a woman in the street who told me that she had a kitten for sale. I said that I couldn’t as I do not buy from the street. She then opened her handbag and pulled out this frightened gorgeous pure ginger kitten and told me that she was going to leave her on the street if I didn’t buy her. I refused to pay but persuaded her to let me have her (I would have paid if she refused). I took her to the vets and advertised her incase somebody was missing her. The vet thought that she was no older than 5 weeks old.
Thankfully for me nobody came forward and she became my baby. She was scared and hid for days at first. But my male cat who is a big softie loved her and the two of them are now inseparable. And she is loving and sweet. The vets are always crowding around her when I take her in as it is rare to have a pure ginger female. She has no white on her at all. She is now 1 year old and had just had her first litter. I will put some pics of her litter up as they grow to show you they are as gorgeous as her. My beautiful clebee jeebe.
Tom is the owner of 4 amazing cats, and using the Daily Kitten he provides a place for cat and kitten lovers to share the love for their own cats and kittens.
Pounce!
How cute! I’m glad her big brother helped her adjust to her new home. Take good care of each other.
A rare ginger girl! Cleo is totally adorable. How awful that someone would just leave her on the street. So glad you found each other – best wishes!
I am glad that she was found by someone who can really appreciate her and wants to put in the time and effort to help with kittens of her own.
Cleo is adorable! What strange circumstances led her to you. I’m so happy you and her big brother have created a good home for her. Were any of her kittens also orange females?

What a lucky kitten to be rescued from that very strange woman….I would also like to know if she threw any orange females….it’s a very complex genetic thing (to me at least) why females are most never orange. A wonderful life to all of you!
An all Ginger Grrrl! Miss Cleo is a very special kit. I’m glad her brother took her under his paw. Hopefully, you will get her spayed so she doesn’t have any more litters.
Cleo is so beautiful and so lucky you rescued her and eventually became her staff. What a wonderful big brother she has too.
I’m so glad that you took Cleo in.. Poor little one. It’s nice to hear that she has a big kitty brother to care for her. 🙂
Cleo is a very pretty ginger feline lady. Fortunately for both you and Cleo, the lady who let the cat out of the bag talked to you about her. Am looking forward to seeing her wee ones. Many happy years with your four legged kids:)
Ooooo girl gingers ARE rare. How lucky for you she came into your life. And doubly lucky for her that you came into hers.
