Well I had submitted Harry along with his brother and sister, Ron and Hermione but I guess it didn’t work!
I’m fostering Harry for a rescue. I received them on accident when the litter the rescue wanted was switched with the litter that the rescue had declined. These guys are so sweet, even more so now that they are 6 weeks old!
Harry has been through a lot for being so young. He aspirated milk, and needed antibiotics. He also took a dive into a sink of water, and was relentlessly suckled on by his siblings. He ended up becoming swollen and infected in his nether regions and had trouble relieving himself. He had to stay at a hospital while they worked on getting the swelling down and now he is able to potty correctly but now we have to learn the litterbox again. I feel quite attached to this baby and it will be hard to let him go! Harry just loves to cuddle and play and just be with you. He purrs like a motorboat. He’s full of love and I know he will make his permanent family happy. He was only just about 3 weeks old when this was taken. He’s grown some! I’ll share some grown up pics before they find new homes (:
Tom is the owner of 4 amazing cats, and using the Daily Kitten he provides a place for cat and kitten lovers to share the love for their own cats and kittens.
Pounce!
Well, I wish you could put Harry into a Priority Mail parcel and mail him to me. God Bless you for taking such incredible care of this tiny little fellow–and he’s not even going to be your furr-ever pet.
That’s a great photo of Harry.
Yay, we get to meet Harry! He is adorable; thank you for taking care of him and his siblings.
This tiny black fuzz will light up someone’e life — thanks for being good to him!
Aww, what a darling little guy. He’s had a rough start, but under your care he will thrive. Thank you for the love and care you have given to Harry. ^ ^
What a fantastic person you are to give all this love and care to a kitty that won’t even be yours. I can only imagine how attached you have become. Harry is so adorable. I can’t even imagine letting him go. I’m sure he will miss you. Such a sweet little face!
Sweet little Harry, looks so tiny and vulnerable. He looks like he has milk mouth too. Oh how I love to bottle feed wee kittens! Thank you for nurturing him, he will be the best cat ever because of it!
Harry is a cute little morsel! I’m glad we got to meet him along with Ron and Hermione.
Such a cute family! 🙂
Poor little kitty needs so much care, but bless you for being there for him. That little face is irresistable!!
What a sweet little baby! Thank you so much for fostering, loving & caring for Harry & his siblings. Please, listen to your gut. If it says that Harry is home, listen. If the thought of parting with him breaks your heart, listen. Trust me. The heartbreak of giving up a foster/rescue that was meant to stay, truly sucks. I gave up my Gizmo (TDK Oct 29, 2012) The following 5 days were horrible, until I went back to the shelter & brought Gizzy back home.
My furkids & I wish you & the babies many years of health & happiness. =^..^=
Buckskin977, good advise!
Thank you loislaine. =^..^=
Woohoo, Harry finally joined his littermates as Kitten of the Day and he was worth the wait. What a wee sweetie.
Buckskin, that is so true. Kitties seem to know where their home is, and if they are already there, they will surely tell you. Glad you were able to get Gizzy back to home sweet home!
Sounds like little Harry has been through as much as his namesake. And it seems he’s proving just as tough. Enjoy your time with him.
Oh,, I am so glad. I was wondering when we were going to see Harry’s picture. Such sweet photos of them all. Bless you and your vet team for your care. May they all live long and happy lives!
Lalala we are just wild about Harry our mini noir cutie patootie the Star-kit today at TDK!
I wondered what happened to Harry. I’m so glad to read he’s improved & thriving. I hope he & his siblings find awesome families. Harry is a lovebug & will make a great furkid to the right person. He sounds like a total sweetie.
I would love to keep my beautiful Harry, but my rescue doesn’t adopt to foster homes. We’re not allowed to adopt ):
Honestly, the group needs to re-think that……unless they are over run with forever homes. Good luck to you. =^..^=
I agree, they can’t be picky with potential home but I’m guessing its because they lose foster homes when people adopt their fosters.
