Tyrion was orphaned in mid April. He was discovered under our grill under the tarp while we were doing some yard work. We had decided last minute to do the yard work because some bad weather would be passing through and it was expected [and it did] last for almost a week. We were so glad to have found him when we did. Surely he is as well.
We brought him in to our home just as the sky opened and the rains came. He was just over 2 weeks old at the time. He was tired and hungry and cold. But he was clean and now he was safe. My husband ran out in the rain to look around the yard for any other kittens or his mama cat but he was all we found.
He is now 5 weeks old and learning to eat solid foods and how to use a litter box. He has gone from just laying against me for warmth to running, jumping and pouncing everything we get him to play with. He is our 5th furbaby but he is our 1st lil orphan.
He is happy and he is loved. He is our Tyrion. Our little Lion.

Tyrion is adorable. It has always amazed me that we are directed to the right place at the right time for a miracle to happen. And how did this 2 week old get under you grill by himself … clean but hungry and scared. Thank you so very much for your dedication to this wee baby. I’m sure you and your husband (and other furbabies) will have many loving years with little Tyrion.
Great picture, he is adorable. Wishing you many purry furry years ahead. Please send another picture when he’s a little older. It’s fun to see how they grow. With those markings, he’s going to be beautiful. ^ ^
Your story brings tears to my eyes. Thanks for rescuing him and trying to find the others.

Oooh he’s so cute!! I love it when they’re so small that the top of their head is all round like that. Such a sweet baby!
I agree with loislane, we will all need to see an updated picture of this adorable lil boy. He is too sweet for words! I am so glad that he found you, however he did and that you had room for him in your heart and home. All the best to your entire kitty crew!

Tyrion is most handsome and sweet. Mama cat must have had the kits sheltered under your grill, or was planning on the rest joining him. I surely hope mom cat and any others are safe. Bless you for bringing in this wee snip of a kitten. May he and your other fur kids have many happy times together.
Tyrian is a sweet little baby boy. What a face! 🙂
Stormy weather FUZZ

I think my heart just melted.
He is oh so precious….You are now his forever momma…love him always.
He is adorable and you and your husband are wonderful for saving him. 8)
THUD! Oh he is so cute!!! Hugs and kisses to Tyrion! Bless you and your husband for taking him in. Many happy years together!
Bless you for saving this adorable little mighty mite. His eyes look so mature for one so tiny. He surely will grow into a handsome man cat. If only the world had hearts as big to not only be his human parents but for your husband to go out in the rain to make sure there were no more. God put you into action at just the right moment. Give Tyrion a tiny belly rub and hub for me. I too am hoping for an update photo ^..^ /.
If you get a little Lannister here, like his namesake, you’ll get a character, but one with a very good heart. Thank you for saving him.
Tyrion .is a char indeed! He has his own Facebook now! LOL a friend suggested I make him one. He is beyond loved in this house. Between my husband and myself alone he is loved but friends and family have all become smitten. Thus his own facebook. And not only that but his big brother Doc (3years old) loves him dearly. It is so sweet to watch him care for Tyrion. That melts my heart about a hundred times a day.
♡♥
