POUNCE!!
What a beautiful silver baby! She looks SO content….many many happy years to you two!
She looks too pleased with herself! Miss Nips knew you were her hoomin and made sure you knew it. I hope you’re teaching her that, despite her name, nips/bites are not appropriate. Thank you for adopting her and thanks to your friends for making it possible. Many cuddly times ahead.
Yay, adorable Nibs has a home! I’m sure she didn’t mean to bite.
A “history of biting”? Well what’s a wild kitten supposed to do when she’s being trapped . I’m glad it all worked out in the end. Nips is beautiful and looks so very content!
What a great story and with such a happy ending! Nibs must have been very scared being captured which caused her to bite. She looks very tame now from all the love she’s gotten. Bless you for giving her a home and many happy years with your new baby girl!
Who doesn’t do something they regret when they’re nervous or scared? Anyway, she got what she wanted — to stay with you.
Nips looks content now! Thanks for caring and sharing.
Well, she certainly looks as if she enjoys her new environment now!
Oh, a beautiful gray kitty. Looks like she’s gotten over her nipping, just look at that happy and content face. ^ ^
Nom nom nom FUZZ
Good dentistry FUZZ
Yaaa for Nips, she looks really happy in this pic.
I’ve fallin in love at first bite myself, once or twice.
What a great picture. LOL – Nips had a bit of an unorthodox way of letting you know you were her hoomin, but she certainly looks happy and well loved now!
That’s Zen-level contentment! 🙂
Thank you so much for rescuing Nips & her siblings! She made it very clear that she picked you!
My furkids & I wish Nips & her humans many happy, healthy, bite free years!
What a little sweetie – well done you, saving her and her sibs! Please do give her little chinny some scritches from me 🙂
Seems that little Nips had a plan! She looks purrfectly contented in her furever home. Many years of purrs.
I happen to think Nips is absolutely beautiful! I may be a bit prejudice (see my avatar). I have two grown gray babies (age 10) and now have two kittens and one of them is a gray stripe with white bib and feet. Nips was just scared and that is why she bit! I hope she has grown out of that, but by the look on her face, I’d say she is very happy now.
Nips’s mom here! Yes, she only bit because she was scared right after I caught her, and hasn’t been at all aggressive since then. She’s settling in well with our other kitties, and right now we’re working on “claws are not necessary when we play”. She likes to cuddle in the blankets, and she LOVES chicken baby food! That’s what we used to teach her that people are good 🙂
So glad Nips has found a purrfect home and cheers for your friends on the knitting forum who helped make sure Nips made it through the quarantine period so that she could end up in her forever home.
Luv sometimes Bites! But best dose of cuteness as lucky Nip with furever family our pretty Star-kit today at TDK!
I swear I can actually hear her purr from that photo! I have a real penchant for gray babies like Nip. There’s just something about them that makes my heart go boom. Bless you and your friends for helping her out in her time of need. May you have many happy, playful years ahead.
Oh what a tough beginning for this special baby. So glad you are keeping her.
