pounce
What a beautiful addition to the garden little Orangie is!
Good morning, TDKers – I can’t believe that I got the pounce. First time in ages!
Thanks for taking care of him. I’m sure he appreciates it and became part of your family in his own way.
Hi WWM! Nice pounce.
Aww, I love the orangie; what a cute little face. Smooch, kitty.
What a sweet kitty, so cute!
he sure was sweet, love those little white mittens! I’m sad to hear he never became a tame, ‘people’ kitty, but I’m very happy to hear he grew up big and strong thanks to you. Thx for sharing! 🙂
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I want to find a kitty in MY plants!
How wonderful you fed him even though he wouldn’t come close enough to experience physical loving and pets with you.
I wish I knew where to buy Kitten Seeds.
Orangie sure looks like a tough guy who came from a junk yard.
A friend had a pregnant feral cat run into his house and give birth to two kittens. He didn’t know anything about cats or that he should tame the kittens and now, years later, all three pure black cats are healthy and happy and still wild inside his home (he trapped them once and took them to the vet).
Orangie looks so sweet with the plants. I’m glad you took care of him even though he remained wild. 🙂
{{{Orangie}}}} You are the cutest!!!
A wonderful memory indeed!
((orangie)) What a precious baby. He is a beautiful memory!
What a nice surprise to find in your plants. I have said before that Texas produces the finest Tabbies! Orangie is no exception.
What a cutie pie! I just love orangies!
It would kill me not to snuggle with that sweet baby. Many thanks for your care of Orangie.
Aw, you are a good mama. Thanks for taking good care of Orangie, even though he never let you pet him. Now that’s what I call LOVE
Wow-great picture! I have no clue how to get a snapshot into the computer looking this good!
The kitty should be in the sunlight. That’s what my smokey would do.
Orangie sure was a cute little guy! Thank you for feeding and loving him even though you can’t pet him. You are a true Bodhisattva!
what a great story. I’m sure little Orangie was very happy that he chose to hang out with your plants that day!
I’d like to see a picture of the big cat he turned into! Lovely picture, thanks for sharing his story.
What an adorable Orangie! I’m sure he was affectionate the only ways he knew how… he is sure a cutie! Would love to look out on my garden one day…and see a kitty!
🙂
Thanks Kittenmaster for posting my Orangie!
What a great surprise for a really busy day
and a wonderful trip down memory lane!
Congrats!!!
ILMC…This Orangie was yours??? Congrat’s…What a handsome boy!!! And as many said, how wonderful of you to have cared for him all those years even if you never got to pet his beautiful coat..

Beautiful little orangie, good that he had a good life.
Yay, another TDK kitty! Orangie looks like an absolute darling, so sorry you never got to pet him but I bet he loved you to bits in his own way. You were there for your pot-plant baby!
Orangie is for sure one lucky kitty to have wandered into your garden. We once had a stray male “orangie” hanging around our house. We started feeding him, and soon he made his home in our garage. After a couple of months, the Northern Wisconsin winter started, and he finally came inside our home, even with our two other cats at the time. We named him Tom. He was a real cuddler, and friend. We still miss him, as well as our other two family members that are now sure to be waiting for us at the “Rainbow Bridge”.
What a cutie little Orangie is!!! This kind of stuff never grows in my garden – must find out how to get some orangie seeds!
I also have an orange cat and he has grown to be about 18 lbs. I wonder if orange cats tend to be large cats. He was also a stray that was found hiding inside the company van up by the motor. I took one look at those orange eyes and just had to take him home even tho already had 1 cat and not supposed to have 2. Fortunately, he must have had a good life before he was found because he has always been very friendly and affectionate; follows me around more like a dog. Good for you for taking care of your kitty for so long.
