He needs a smile. Poor thing
I will give him a smile.
……ahemmm…………………………………………………………….
*G-d’s Will Fuzz*
He has really sad eyes… :'(
I’m glad he found a home.
“sad eyes, turn the other way, I don’t wanna see you cry….”
What a beauty! Just turn the frown upside down. T
I think Jack is beautiful and a very lucky little fellow! All his troubles are behind him now!
OMG! The masking on his face give him such a sad look! What an adorable little meezer! BIG HUGS to meezer and his adoptive parents!
I just want to give him a big hug!
Im giggling because this is My husbands name and somehow i pictured him as a cat just like this one LOL
Jack you little darling everything will be ok now, your mommy loves you and alot of us out here want to hug you and kiss you!!!
What a cute little guy. He looks so sad, probably because of what he’s been through. I’m glad he has a new family and will be loved forever.
A beautiful boy! I believe he will be much happier now that he has a home and is loved!
A perfect little meezer face! And all the other wonderful meezer accouterments! And I hope the sad eyes are simply the happenstance of the photo shoot–because Jack has *nothing* to worry about now! Bless this little sweetheart, love him always!
Please explain what a meezer is? Thank you.
‘Meezer’ is an affectionate term for a Siamese cat.
Other nicknames : fuzz butt, for Louis with a fluffy tail…..Tater for shasha my black cat, sweeter neeter for Ceasar, Meezer man cat for Mickey, fluff fluff for my himalayan Damian and ninja/gremlin for Percey my other himmy, and last but not least DIVA fur for Emma!!!
I do that too — my Sheba is Little Rocket, because she does everything at 90 miles an hour when not dead asleep.
Thank you for the info.
well what a precious little baby boy!! He’s beautiful – reminds me off my siamese tomcat – Jackie when I was growing up.
He’s sweet! I’m glad he’s in his new home.. I want to hug him and hear him purr..
🙂
Handsome boy…your troubles are long gone! he’s going to be a beauty when he grows up.
What a sad look Jack has on his face. Bless you for adopting him and giving him a safe place to live. So precious.
The poor little guy looks so sad! Cheer up, little kitty- you’ve been rescued!
Jack is so pensive. But, those days are over, eh? Thank you for turning his little kitty life around. His back paw, splayed out like that , is adorable….
*sad droopy face for just a short time FUZZ*
I think this is grounds for divorce! haha
*Tori Spelling’s hubby likes her dogs, but hates her cats*
By ANI
Wednesday August 30, 05:23 PM
New York, Aug 30(ANI): Starlet Tori Spelling’s love for animals has been acknowledged by all, but her husband Dean McDermott has his claws out for some of her pets.
Sources claim that while McDermott is fine with Tori’s three dogs a pug, Mimi LaRue, and two mutts, Ferris and Chiquita, and the pair of hamsters, he has made his dislike evident to his wife about her two cats.
“He is trying to get Tori to get rid of her two 10-year-old cats,” the New York Post quoted the source, as saying.
Spelling gave away one feline when she married her first husband, Charlie Shanian, two years ago. But now if she wants to please her present hubby, she may dump the other two, as well.
But, one of Spelling’s representatives has denied any such possibilty, insisting: “She is not giving away any of her animals.”(ANI)
I agree get rid of the husbands CATS ARE FOREVER 🙂
ditto..husband goes first!
You are right, dump the husband. The cats will be around alot longer than him, especially with today’s divorce rates. Cats are a good judge of character, too. My old tomcat, that I had years ago, was a good judge of character when it came to any boyfriends I brought home. He didn’t like my first guy that came around, neither did I! He did like my boyfriend that I ended up marrying!
He is so cute! He looks like my Thierry Henry did at that age. Anyone notice he has a little M above his mask? So sweet I want to scoop him up and tickle his little brown feet and moosh his little belly.
Thank you for rescuing him. He will love you for life. By the way where is Jean Talon?
too funny, i was just going to make that same remark about the faint “M” marking! I just love Jack’s scowl…get used to it baby – we love to take MULTIPLE snapshots of our kiddos! just grin and bear it!
Thank you for rescuing Jack and for sharing him with us! 🙂
A little scared but deeply appreciative FUZZ
His expression just says “What new fresh hell is this?” Poor thing — hopefully he is much better adjusted now.
Poor ole Jack. He looks so forlorn. Cheer up mate – it can only get better.
*ANGEL FACE*
If you let your eyes relax the M on his forhead looks like angel wings and the nose looks like the angels flowing dress, hence _Angel Face_.
Jack you are a lucky little guy, looks like the angels came down and blessed you! BEAUTIFUL
And here is a perfect “angel kitty” story…..another misty article!
*My Angel Kitty*
I want to introduce you to my “Angel Kitty” No one believes me when I tell them how Angel came in to my life but I hope you will read this and see what a special little man he is.
It was almost Christmas and I had been depressed, it was the first Christmas since my husband Steve had passed away.
My mother and sister had came over to visit me on a Saturday afternoon. When my mother opened the car door to get out, there stood this little black and white kitten. He looked at her and meowed and then ran to my sister as she got out of the car and meowed to her. And then to their surprise he ran up the stepping stone to my front steps at the front door. So my sister picked him up and when I opened the door he jumped from her to me like he was so happy to be home.
I was shocked. I had never seen this kitten before, I had no idea where he came from. I wanted to keep him but I had a dog Little Bit and my cat Tigger and I had just adopted a cat named Brody . I just didn’t think I could keep another one. I sat him back outside on the porch and told him to go home. I had no more than shut the door and he was walking my window ledge meowing to the top of his lungs and my dog started barking and pouncing on the sofa. So I opened the door and my dog ran out and kissed noses with him and they both came back in the house. Angel seemed to know where everything was . He found the food and water and litter box. And then he curled up in my arms and purred himself to sleep. I knew I had to let him stay.
That night when we went to bed, I carried him in the bedroom and sat him on the bed. He went over and got on the side of the bed where my husband had always slept . Then I got in bed and he curled up in my arms and went to sleep. I knew I finally had my snuggle kitty. He sleeps in my arms at night and loves to be held and loved. I like to believe my husband sent him to me for Christmas, so I named him “Angel”.

Mom of a very special cat named “Angel”
Thanks for the story, Dee. I loved it, so touching.
Poor little sad button. Jack, don’t worry – it looks like the hours you spend in a safe, loving home will be more than ’24’.
XOXOXOXXOOXXO~~~ Jack

Goodness, with a face like that, how could anyone walk away from him WITHOUT adopting him?
Sweet boy.
God bless you for rescuing this adorable little baby! And may God bless Jack always, too. 🙂
He is just so beautiful. Snuggle the kitty!
Oh, pobrecito gato chico.
Cheer up, you’re safe now!
Lovey boy! Safe at home, at last!
Jack the Angel kitty (I see the angel in the faint M on his forehead! That is so cool!)
Loved the story Dee! It so good to hear about the happily-ever-afters!
I’m so sad that I didn’t get him first!!!! He’s so adorable!
I could snuggle that kitten forever.
I’m so glad he’s safe. God bless that little guy!!!
-J
He just looks like he wants to ask…”Really, I get to stay here?” He will be the greatest kitty. Isn’t it amazing how kitties, even sad looking ones, can make your day.
🙂
Aww, what a sad face.
Mad props to you for adopting a sad lil kitten and giving him a happy, loving home.
I want to snuggle every kitten on this site!
i’d just like to see a picture of Jack again, when he’s happy and settled in in his forever home
I just want to hug him! What an adorble little tom. Love the M and the sad eyes. Bless the family for taking him in!
He’s adorable! He looks sad now, the poor little fellow, but I’m betting that a few days at his new forever home will cheer him right up!
I have never seen a kitten with that dark mask is that a common occurance or is this unusual? He is beautiful with such lovely soft fur.
The dark mask is a common occurance for Siamese
kittens, especially for Seal Point Siamese. The white
will gradually turn into a tan color as he gets older. I
have two Siamese cats. Siamese cats are very
intelligent and talkative. He is a beauty now and
will be a gorgeous cat later.
bad joke, coming up….
A dog walks into a butcher shop with a purse strapped around his neck. He walks up to the meat case and calmly sits there until it’s his turn to be waited on. A man, who was already in the butcher shop, finished his purchase and noticed the dog. The butcher leaned over the counter and asked the dog what it wanted today. The dog put its paw on the glass case in front of the ground beef, and the butcher asked, “How many pounds?”
The dog barked twice, so the butcher made a package of two pounds ground beef.
He then asked, “Aything else?”
The dog pointed to the pork chops, and the butcher asked, How many?
The dog barked four times, and the butcher made up a package of four pork chops.
The dog then walked around behind the counter, so the butcher could get at the purse. The butcher took out the appropriate amount of money and tied two packages of meat around the dog’s neck.
The man, who had been watching all of this, decided to follow the dog. It walked for several blocks and then walked up to a house where it began to scratch the door to be let in. As the owner opened the door, the man said to the owner, “That’s a really smart dog you have there.”
The owner said, “He’s not that smart. This is the second time this week he forgot his key.”
What a hoot I got a big chuckle out of this one – thanks.
One of my feline family members, Patches (a/k/a “Good Little Mommy”) was a stray coming to my back door to be fed, which I gladly did. Fortunately for Patches, I’m an early riser because she would come while it was still dark outside, scarf down as much food as her skinny (not so anymore!) little body could hold, and take off. Unbeknownst to me, Patches had a litter of kittens about 2 blocks from my home.
One Saturday afternoon, I happened to go to my back door just as Patches was coming up the porch steps with “Scrubs” (as I came to call him) by her side. He looked at my, almost smiling, as though he had known me “all his life”. While outside fussing over Patches’ beautiful baby, I heard a faint meowing from a neighbor’s porch. That’s when I discovered “PJ” (Patches, Jr. — a deadringer for her mommy!) I really wasn’t sure what to do, i.e., bring the kittens in, bring babies and Mommy in (???). My vet was closed, so I called one of the shelters and was told to bring in the kitties but leave Mommy outside as apparently she trusted me and was on a mission to bring her babies to me.
Anyway, I’m sorry for having gotten off the beaten path here, but baby #3 (out of a total of 4 brought to me over the course of 4-5 days) was happy as a lark when I discovered him on my back porch with Mommy — but, OH!, when I took him from Mommy and brought him into the house, his eyes immediately went into the saddest droop (much like Jack’s). I told him, “You are the most sorrowful kittie I have EVER seen.” In fact, I called him “Sorrowful” and I believe his forever family (who, thankfully, adopted Sorrowful and Scrubs together) may have kept the name.
Again, my apologies for taking the long way around to get to the point, but since I’ve gone this far, let me share with all you other kittie lovers that I came to realize that Mommy was not only bringing her kitties to my back door to teach them where to come for food when they were hungry — she would stay with each kittie until I happened outside as much as to teach ME that these were her babies so I would be sure to take care of them for her.
All the babies were adopted into loving forever families (I was not able to keep them as my grown up kitties refused to eat while the babies were in the house!), but I did get the prize in the Cracker Jack box when I kept that “Good Little Mommy”, Patches!
Lucille
wow, that is an amazing story…it’s so wonderful hearing and reading stories like this. Thankfully there are so many guardian angels out there to care for our companions 🙂
That is such a sweet story, thanks for sharing. Have you ever read the Christmas Day Kitten? One of the most beautiful little picture book, with gorgeous illustrations. It makes me cry whenever I read it.
He looks so sad like he knows this can’t last.
Just waiting for the other shoe to drop!!
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the where in the world search. The response was great!
*sadder but wiser FUZZ*
pets the kitty
I love siames cats. I think my next cat will be just that. Im waiting till i get a bigger place. Right now i only have room for one cat. Someday i will be a multi cat person lol.
Jack is soo sweet! I want to cuddle him and snuggle him and chear him up. Poor little guy. He looks like he has been through so much. He just needs a loving home. 🙂
Chey
Oh, what a worry wart! He has such sad eyes. Cheer up cutie, you’re home now. Jack is a beautiful Siamese boy. I’d love to see an updated photo. I’m sure he has a smile on his little face now.
I’ve seen that kind of cat before, in Siamese / Tabby cross breeds. They have many Siamese features, along with the Tabby ‘M’ and sometimes barring on the upper legs and on the tail.
He seems to be reacting to the camera…now what’s happening to me? He is a very lucky kitty and very beautiful.
Wondering the streets of Jean Talon? Are you in Montreal?
Hi! Cathi!
Oh! Poor little thing! This kitty is very “fofucha” Look these eyes…ooooooh…
Finally i´m my mother´s house. My hubby is back to his work tomorrow. If you want talk with me i will be on line next 14 days 🙂
What a darling! I love all kitties, but I have a special soft spot in my heart for “Siamese if you Please”. Your baby will bring you much joy…even the smallest feline is a work of art! (I don’t know who said that originally, but I love it because it’s so true.)
If anyone’s interested, the lady from the Friends of Madera (CA) Animal Shelter called and let me know that little Mercy, the kitten who was thrown repeatedly against a wall by a school child while others looked on, has recovered and has a new forever home to go to. She told me that Mercy is loving and silly and everyone loves him dearly at the shelter.
I love stories with happy endings!
you are soooooooo right. i ‘m sooooooooo happy fur mercy

Jack is so adorable. If I was there, I would’ve immediately adopted him. I just want to hug him up and make him feel better. Pamper and spoil him. I’ve always had a soft spot for siamese colored cats. I love all cats, though, because I have many cats, now.
Rosie you are oh so right. Jack I am so glad you pulled through. You sure are a cute little guy. I love your face. Thank you for giving him a forever home.
I grew up with Siamese cats, they are beautiful, intoxicating, exhilerating, intelligent and lovable. How lucky you are that this beautiful little orphan is now yours. The cats that find us are so special. Isn’t that right Angus and Misha?
we just found and adopted a 4-ounce black kitten that was nothing but skin and bones; he pulled thru 3 days so far and I have nothing but good words for those that also recsue these babies. your’s is a cutie. maybe someday (Holy) Moses will also make the photo gallery 🙂
Good luck with little Moses, Gail. I’m pulling for you and him!

I just wanted you to know, I e-mailed you a few months back, an told you what happened to my Cid. He some how found his way under our pool cover and drowned. It was the most devestating thing. I never wanted another cat. Guess what? My husband found this kitten at a flea market and showed me him. I did not want him. Two days later we went, with our granddaughters to check him out. He was born on our oldest granddaughters birthday. We took him, his name is Joey. He is a wonderful kitty. I read all of your e-mail, and want to say THANK-YOU> I have another kitty.
BLESS YOU ALL
Jan& Joey
he is so cute but he looks so sad he needs YARN!!!!!!!
Jack looks like a wonderful cat. I used to have a cat that looked exactly like that, her name was diana. she would always come rushing up to me when i got ready for school, tug on my backpack strings, and guard the door so i would not leave her. i was the only one that she could ever love. But my sister just had to get a dog before i came back from california and give the dog to me as a welcome back present. I mean the dog was cute and all but i sent diana outside and spent “love time” with he dog. Diana must have thought i was abandonning her because i forgot that i left her outside. so around say about 5:30 i came out to get her but……. she was gone! it was the most devestating time of my life i called her name about 100 times but she didn’t come back i wanted to look for her but my mom said ” no it’s to late “. i cried for many suns and moons. It just wasn’t the same getting ready for school or coming home with someone to greet you. if you’ve ever lost a cat you know how i feel, especially if you couldn’t look for her or she never came home. well lets just say i hope you like jack.
