Since he discovered wet food and water, it’s possible he was full and then drank too much of the water. I wouldn’t worry about one time. If it continues every time, then call the vet.

You should leave them in their nest and feed them that way. They may purrfer being feeding while laying on the belly.
Some vets. don’t know enough about Goats’ milk but you must do what makes you comfortable.
