    not only is it good for the environment, but i can’t lift more than 20 lbs at a time (drs. orders). i am seeing a neurologist May 2nd for a nerve conduction study on my legs. next week it will be my arms. hopefully we will find a way to restore my strength and endurance…

    this is why i also drink powdered milk and buy 100 percent juice in frozen cans to add water to. i drink only a very little juice at a time, somethihg like 1/8 cup, just a few sips…

    I’m a fan of SWheat Scoop. It’s all natural, no smell, no dust, and a box lasts a long time.

    I like powdered mix drinks and the frozen cans too. I always have frozen cans of apple juice, orange juice, grape juice and fruit punch on hand.

    I’ve taken a liking to Ceaderific, it’s 15 lbs = 50 lbs and it lasts a long time too 🙂 It’s also reasonably priced at the Ingeles down here

    I like frozen cans of all types of fruit juice (sp. pineapple juice). I also like canned milk.
