Yesterday we had our furnace guy out to check out a part they just put in since it seemed like it wasn’t working. He found a small gas leak to our hot water heater(not related to the problem we called). Thank god nothing has happened to us. So today they sent out their plumber to fix the pipe and he’s down there with Wayne right now fixing it and getting rid of the leak. That’s scary to think we had that down there, thank goodness we can get it fixed right away. I wonder how long we had it.

CM, you might want to purchase one of those air monitors that registers if there is carbon monoxide in the room above a healthy level. I have them in my basement, and they really calm my fears.

Maddie is good….very tired, she woke up with the chickens this am and had woken up in night and didn’t go back to sleep till 12:30..so it’s early nap time today!

I need a snack…didn’t have breakfast this morning. Oh, and a strong cup of Earl Grey to keep me alert when I’d rather be back home. Maybe the powers that be will let us off a little early today *fingers crossed*

LK I wish you could come by my office today, we are having a huge Thankgiving potluck..We have a full kitchen here, so we have a turkey and a ham in the oven and just about every side dish you can imagine.

Hello again! I am unable to log in to the main site to comment on little Peer. Don’t have time today to figure it out so I just have to say, what a cutie-pie! It is a beautiful picture. I feel bad for the kitten I can’t shower with compliments. I hope Leela gets chosen too, hopefully on a weekday when I am internet-accessible. If not, someone call me! I think Mama Lynn or anyone who was at the Philly TDK meet has it.

CM, that is one scary situation. Interesting how it worked out, isn’t it? It is obvious that Someone is looking out for you.

CM – glad you have your date set! Have you picked a middle name to go with Abbie? I’m assuming that will be short for Abbigale? ..you know how partial to that name :)!

Her name is Abigail Reese

So we will have Madeline Paige and Abigail Reese…who is kicking my stomach and my bladder at this moment so I think she wants more room…lol
